MY ROLE
I am currently a marketing intern at Hoffmann Brothers, an HVAC contractor headquartered in St. Louis, MO. Since I started the position in fall 2019, I have worked with the marketing team to improve brand recognition across several channels including LinkedIn and Google My Business. I am currently helping kickstart their new line of business in Nashville by writing website content.
PROBLEM
Hoffmann Brothers recently launched a second business line in Nashville. This rapid growth means that it is always looking to fill open positions with the right people. Their main recruitment tool is LinkedIn. We have an opportunity to grow our brand using this platform and recruit more employees to this rapidly growing organization.
OBJECTIVE
Increase the brand's presence on LinkedIn by creating engaging and consistent content.
THE PROCESS
Assemble a weekly content calendar and post daily on LinkedIn. Track engagement metrics from each post on an excel sheet to inform content creation.
THE RESULTS
I increased engagement on the company's LinkedIn profile by 30%. See examples of my posts below.
OTHER WORK
I write promotional and informational copy for the Nashville and St. Louis websites, in addition to guest blogs. I research and optimize each article using keywords. I also reach out to media influencers and bloggers afterwards to build links on other websites back to our organic content.

Wrote this article to support Hoffmann Brother's new air duct cleaning service. Its purpose is to educate homeowner's about the benefits of air duct cleaning and position Hoffmann Brothers as an expert in the field.

Composed this guest blog on behalf of Hoffmann Brothers for RentRedi, an app to help landlords and renters manage rental properties. Provides helpful tips for landlords to keep properties efficiently cooled.
Wrote this comprehensive guide to preventing and fixing a clogged toilet. It aims to position Hoffmann Brothers as a resource and subject matter expert.
"Belle Meade HVAC & Plumbing Contractors"
Developed several pages like this for the Nashville website. Its purpose is to promote the services offered by Hoffmann Brothers specific to the Belle Meade, TN area.
